All Sales Are Final
All original artworks and commissioned works purchased from Jason Adkins Studio are final sale. Because each work is original, unique, or created specifically for the collector, routine returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Commissioned Works
Commissioned works are created specifically for the collector and are non-refundable once production has begun.
Return Exceptions
In limited circumstances, Jason Adkins Studio may approve a return as an exception. Any return must be authorized in writing before shipment. For an approved return, the collector is responsible for insured return shipping and a 10% restocking and handling fee, which will be deducted from any approved refund. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and, when applicable, in its original packaging or crate. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Any approved refund is processed only after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.
Damage in Transit
Damage in transit is handled separately from a voluntary return. Please contact Jason Adkins Studio promptly and retain all packaging and crating materials so the studio can assist with the carrier or shipping claim.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
