Complimentary shipping and professional crating, when required, are included within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Mexico, Canada, Europe, and other international destinations are available with additional shipping charges. Contact the studio for a shipping quote before purchase.
Shipping Arrangements
Jason Adkins Studio arranges shipment for each order. Collectors do not need to coordinate freight, packing, or crating. Depending on the artwork, destination, size, and handling requirements, shipments may be made by USPS, FedEx, UPS, a professional art carrier, or a private shipping company.
Orders are shipped to the shipping address associated with the order and provided at checkout. The customer is responsible for confirming that the address is complete and accurate before shipment. Large or high-value works may require a signature, scheduled delivery, or direct coordination with the carrier.
Delivery Timing
Delivery timing varies according to the artwork, destination, carrier, crating requirements, and whether the work is already completed or commissioned. Ready works require preparation and, when necessary, crating before dispatch. Commissioned works require creation, drying or curing when applicable, packing or crating, and transit time. Any completion, shipment, or delivery timing provided is an estimate and is not a guaranteed date.
Carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside the studio’s reasonable control may affect delivery timing and do not by themselves constitute grounds for cancellation.
Delivery Access & Additional Charges
For scheduled or private-carrier deliveries, the customer should disclose any access conditions that may affect delivery, including stairs, elevators, gates, restricted loading areas, or other site limitations. Charges resulting from an incorrect address, missed delivery, redelivery, storage, or access conditions not disclosed in advance may be the responsibility of the customer.
Damage in Transit
Please inspect the artwork and packaging promptly upon delivery. If damage is discovered, contact Jason Adkins Studio as soon as possible and retain all packaging and crating materials. Photographs of the exterior packaging or crate, shipping label, full artwork, damaged area, and packing materials may be required so the studio can assist with the carrier or shipping claim.
International Orders
International shipping is available to destinations that can be safely and legally served. International shipping charges are additional and are quoted before purchase based on the artwork, destination, size, carrier, insurance, packing or crating requirements, and service level.
The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing. These charges are separate from the artwork price and international shipping charge.
