Returns & Final Sale

All original artworks and commissioned works are final sale and are not eligible for routine returns or exchanges.

Because each artwork is original, unique, and prepared specifically for the collector, purchases are considered final once completed.

In exceptional circumstances, Jason Adkins Studio may approve a return at its sole discretion. If a return is approved, the collector is responsible for all insured return shipping costs and a 10% restocking and handling fee.

Any approved return must be received in its original condition and in the original packaging or crate. Jason Adkins Studio reserves the right to refuse a return if the artwork is damaged, altered, improperly packaged, or otherwise returned in a condition different from that in which it was delivered.

Commissioned works are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

Artwork damaged during transit is handled separately from the return policy. Any shipping damage should be reported promptly with photographs of the artwork, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage so a carrier claim can be reviewed.
